Hello. I’ve booked the Etna Sunset tour for the 8th of June. I requested the pickup to be from our accommodation in Via Transito. 30, Catania. The ticket shows a different meeting location. Could I ask you to confirm the pick up location please?
Nota bene: we’re finishing a morning trip earlier, it would help us greatly to be picked up from our address, please.

I tried to make a reservation for a tour to the Aetna for tomorrow(sunset tour) and we would like to be picked up(three persons) at the hotel, where we stay- Etnea boutique hotel -. but there seems to be no possibility to place that request, I tried to find a telephone number, but that was also not possible.
